iSCHED is a full scheduled maintenance package. This software tool handles the full application of linking equipment to time and operations counters, to automatically issue job cards for the equipment maintenance as required.
The later version will also contain labour costing for budget control. This will link to our management accounting system.
Also the system will be able to produce full service histories for the items of equipment linked for repair or replacement analysis decisions. i.e. The systems compares the cost of maintenance multiplied by the frequency against the escalated purchase price. This allows good business decisions to be taken regarding whether the item should continue in service or be replaced by a new one.
Items can also be monitored (switches or circuit breakers) to facilitate replacement when they have reached their specified number of switching actions. This will help prevent nuisance or accidental trips.
A well maintained site is a cost efficient site.
