 In order to become a certified re-seller/distributor you will have to meet the following requirements: -
§  Provide the proper audio-visual projection equipment and venue for demonstrations.
§  Provide a marketing plan.
§  Sign the re-seller agreement
§  Meet reasonable sales targets, which we will agree together.
§  Undertake a certain minimum amount of advertising in your designated area or contribute towards an advertising pool.
§ You will have to maintain a web site to a standard in keeping with Scansoft Technologies image.
§ Send engineering and sales staff for training to SST on the product
